Some fantastic news: we’ve already been officially accepted into 2 great film festivals right out of the gate!
The first is Filmquest, where Dreams of the Last Butterflies is honored to be screened in Salt Lake City, UT as part of an amazing line-up of films over the week of July 4th. The festival is also part of a huge convention of the fantastic called FantasyCon, which will be full of fantasy film celebrities and sounds amazing! Filmquest says this about Dreams of the Last Butterflies: “this unique film… works as a parable for saving the world’s diminishing population of butterflies. It’s rich in artistry, imagery, and the music is pretty awesome too.”
We are also accepted into VISIONFEST, where the film will be screening May 18th at Tribeca Cinemas in New York City as part of their prestigious “Official Closing Night Selection”, directly preceding the closing night feature.
We’ll thrilled by these early acceptances, and hope to update you throughout the year as Dreams of the Last Butterflies begins our flight across the world!
We also excited to present our brand new official movie poster! (Design by Justin Aubuchon – you can see a larger version in the Festival section of our website.)
